Development increment does not work properly for pre-releases
Dev Version Increment did not take pre-releases into account
Using pdm-bump from PROJECT_ROOT makes development more easy
In some cases, the dev increment was not correct (see added test cases)
Now the plugin is added via pdm install --plugins
Updated dev version to 0.8.0a2-dev8
Forgot to run black

The command should now produce correct versions again
