I didn't see where .brightness-lifted and #headlessui-disclosure-button-v-10 were used so I took them out. Looks like our styles work just fine on the home page and dashboard pages of scalar, so I broadened the domains it applies to. Added a filter for the logo on the home page, syntax highlighting with highlight.js on documentation pages, add variables for primary buttons and took out an unnecessary override.
