ISSUE #1326 — Added vibration and delay functionality

In response to the following issue:

Message from Ziv Tamir:
I have been trying to use your app to help my 5 years old son, who have speech delay, communicate.
He shows interest in using it but the lack of feedback from pressing the buttons causes him to double tap buttons what leads to delay in response from the app.
It could be very helpful if the app had a setting for delay between presses and/or strong vibration feedback.

• Implemented delay after pressing a tile as a toggleable option in settings
