Doughnut Maker Example

A barebones example of using a "doughnuted" transaction.
Runs on a local CENNZnet --dev chain requires this branch: https://github.com/cennznet/cennznet/tree/backports/doughnut-verification This is backported to CENNZnet & Plug prior to 2.0 changes and should serve useful for testing.

Install
