在腾讯云 EdgeOne 部署表单中新增开关选项，允许用户选择是否部署证书到站点下的所有加速域名，无需手动指定域名列表。同时更新了中英文国际化文本。

补充: 目前没有对比功能, 每次都会重新部署edgeone所有站点的证书, 实际对访问无影响, 只是部署的期间无法在edgeone控制台进行域名修改操作. |

感谢贡献代码。 但 v0.3 已不再计划引入新的特性。 此 PR 的实现与 v0.4 的实现目标有较大偏差，现在我不会合并它，我将考虑在之后做出一些修改后再合并。 |

添加新功能允许用户选择将证书部署到腾讯云EdgeOne站点下的全部加速域名，而无需手动指定域名列表。当启用该选项时，系统会自动获取站点下的所有域名进行部署。
