Solana Docker image with rustc, curl, jq
Make sure to push the Git tag in the format of v2.0.11-yellowstone3.2.2, according to the regex ^v([0-9.]+)-yellowstone([0-9.]+)$.
Note: the resulting image tag will be 2.0.11-yellowstone3.2.2 (without the v).
