improve option Show subscription column in session course list on main/mySpace/myStudents.php.
Implemented bulk subscribe/unsubscribe on My Students page
Added per-session checkboxes at the beginning of each course row.
Added a “bulk action” dropdown (Subscribe/Unsubscribe) and Validate button at the end of each session section.
Kept single +/- icons for quick one-by-one actions.
All new UI only appears when display_session_subscription_column is enabled and for real session rows.
