BSMD - Bravo Six Movie Database

This project aims to be a partial clone of the website IMDB - International Movie DataBase. It features multiple resources and modules, and enables user registration.

About The Project

We first started this project for a school assignment, but it has potential to grow through contributions. It was meant as an introductory look into MVC frameworks, specifically Laravel. We were initially 9 people working on the project.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

Prerequisites

If you haven't developed in PHP environments before, install PHP and composer here. NPM is a package handler for JavaScript and dependencies.

Installation

  1. Clone the repo
    git clone https://github.com/chas_academy/u05-imdb-clon-u05-team-6-bravo-six.git
  2. Install NPM/Composer packages
    npm install

Usage

Use this space to show useful examples of how a project can be used. Additional screenshots, code examples and demos work well in this space. You may also link to more resources.

Bootstrap

Add template:

@extends('layouts.app')

Then add your code between the lines
