Gating items:

• [fix] Raise a fatal error in the ROM if max. limit of measurements is crossed #1596
• Adding ECC error checking during waits #1610
• RTL updated and passes all tests
• RT: Properly evaluate PL0 PAUSERs when the fw header bit is unset #1536
• Update version numbers for all components

Non-gating:

• Fips test hooks #1391
• Fips test suite tests #1594

#1536 is a Runtime change and shouldn't be gating for this release.

Looks like the last nightly release is missing the commit to update version numbers. So we can either kick off a manual release or just use the latest nightly one on Monday.
