I'm the property management lead for Newbarn Ltd, and I joined the team in 2022. I support our tenants with day-to-day maintenance and tenancy queries. I liaise with our support staff, landlords and agents and I manage our hard-working maintenance team. Overall my number one priority is making sure our tenants' wellbeing and safety within their home environment is of the best standard and most comfortable it can be.

I love my role and the job satisfaction that it provides, and I enjoy working with all of our lovely staff team. Everyone is so hard-working and passionate about our service. My background has been estate agency since 2012, and I am currently studying for a qualification within Letting & Residential Property Management.

I joined Newbarn Ltd in 2021 where I began my journey as a Team Administrator before undergoing health and social care training to become a Support Worker, then Senior Support Worker.

I have since secured a post of Team Lead (my current role) and I am working towards achieving an NVQ in Adult Care Leadership. My role includes overseeing the support of individuals in our supported living projects, working closely with the Project Lead, Registered Manager and my fellow Team Lead to deliver high quality support to our tenants and service users.

We have an amazing team which I am very fortunate to be a part of.
