I also started adding some of the plumbing required to pass the ParameterMap to where it is needed.
We now save a copy of the parameter-map within the header of the normal output, 32-bit outputs, and the particle-outputs.

This is a work-in-progress PR to add the ability to dump entries in a parameter-map.
