Addresses #8 - adds transparency to the unified USDC balance view.
Changes
1. Per-chain Gateway balance breakdown
Shows how much USDC is held on each chain within the Gateway balance, displayed as a compact list underneath the total.
2. Gateway tooltip
Adds an info icon next to 'Arc Gateway Balance' with a tooltip explaining how Gateway abstracts liquidity across chains - helpful for non-technical users.
3. Cross-chain routing indicator
When the transfer source and destination chains differ, a visual banner appears explaining that Gateway will route USDC cross-chain via burn/mint. Supports both light and dark themes.
Scope
Single file change: \components/wallet-dashboard.tsx\ (+48/-2). Uses existing UI primitives (Tooltip, Separator) and the existing \CHAIN_NAMES\ config - no new dependencies.
