  1. Created the option to add total Mbps as an opiton. 

    When this is used `net.go` will caluculate the percentage of bandwidth
used and return that an the integer to `self.Lines[#].Data`.

Usage Examples:
`gotop -B ###`
`gotop --bandwidth ###`
