feat(localization): add Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and Malay language support

Description

Add support for Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and Malay translations to @clerk/localization package. This PR expands Clerk's internationalization capabilities to support more languages across South and Southeast Asia, making Clerk more accessible to a wider audience.

These translations cover all UI elements and messages in the Clerk authentication components, ensuring a consistent user experience for speakers of these languages.

Testing

The new translations can be tested by:

1. Setting the appropriate locale in your Clerk instance configuration
2. Verifying that all UI elements display correctly in the selected language
3. Testing the authentication flow to ensure all messages display properly
