Issue
Due to the activation of the branch protection rule added in cloudfoundry/community#805 the
app-autoscaler-releaserelease pipeline failed in https://concourse.app-runtime-interfaces.ci.cloudfoundry.org/teams/app-autoscaler/pipelines/app-autoscaler-release/jobs/release/builds/30#L65f9ea50:12:13 and created a broken release.Fix
This reverts commit 522cd88 with the broken release.
The release pipeline will be fixed by cloudfoundry/community#813
