rfc-0007-repository-ownership.md doesn't explicitly mention the case "unarchiving a repo". I assume that TOC approval is required as for all other repo ownership changes and archiving a repo. IIRC: The org automation (peribolos) doesn't handle unarchiving. So this needs to be done manually once this PR is merged. |
