Problem
Return title when we list resources
Solution
by registering a get_title in Hermes.Server.Component, and calling it in Hermes.Server.parse_components
Rationale
This is a cursory implementation. If my approach is good, I'll tidy it up. We might should register a required title callback to the behaviour as well.
