All Hostile Templates revisited

Loot, Skinning Loot, Pickpocketing Loot

Convert Horde Runners to spawn_group

Mo'grosh Stronghold revisited, "new" spawns were added from cata sniffs,
which were wrong for classic-wotlk.

Remove wrong flat ResistanceArcane from "Dark Iron" npcs

Align tbc with wotlk and use the better scale values for ogres!
