PR description:
We would like to increase the precision (from 8 to 10) of two shower shape observables for Hgg analyses (pfChargedIso and hoe) due to the observation of spikes in the distributions [slide10]. This issue was already noticed in the past for other observables, which led to the decision to increase the precision of these floats to 10 [merged PR]

This change should be included in NanoAODv15, so it should be back ported to the corresponding CMSSW version
