[CI] Update packages and run checks and fixes

• Updates NPM packages
• Adds an update script
• Note that changes to the analyses pages are due to changes in the formatting applied by the (updated) Prettier
• Addresses check failures of LitmusChaos TechDocs Analysis #275 which got through because the checking scripts were buggy. /cc @dwelsch-esi
• Closes Fixing formatting (0013 folder) #285 by superseding it. Thanks for trying to fix the formatting issues @nate-double-u!

For the record, there's a bug in the 3.13.x stream of the link checker:

• Version 3.13.5 seems to break when using config file tcort/markdown-link-check#369

So we'll pin the package to 3.12.x until that get's fixed.
