  • [DOC-6327] Part 1: Separate drain and decommission docs

    • New page drain-a-node.md
    • New page decommission-a-node.md
    • Move some content into includes
    • Repurpose existing page as overview
    • Update TOC
    • Fix tons of links

  • [DOC-3457] Document recommendation to drain or decommission only one node at a time

  • [DOC-7344] Document that a failed decommission can block a future cluster upgrade or downscale event

Out of scope:

  • Additional content updates
  • Backporting
