토큰을 사용하는곳이 없어졌으니 useAuth()에서 유저판별을 하면 될것같습니다!
employer/shops/[shopId]/notices/[noticeId]/index.tsx 페이지처럼 해당롤이 아니면 아예 메인페이지로 보내버리는게 좋을것 같아요!
