/provider on main: 'browse all' does not toggle, and a fresh home shows a broken 'Antigravity (legacy)' row #7114

Description

What a new user hits

On a fresh CODEWHALE_HOME with no keys (Ollama running), /provider on main opens the configured view containing only:

   ▸ Antigravity (legacy, disabled) legacy
Ollama * local · not checked
  • The first row is a retired provider with ! provider admission failed: saved session requires custom provider 'antigravity', but… and Endpoint: https://legacy-antigravity.invalid, in a home that never had Antigravity configured.
  • The footer advertises A browse all, but neither A nor a switches to the catalog view (title stays Provider, action stays browse all). Up/Down work. Only / search finds DeepSeek, OpenRouter, StepFun etc.

So a new user without a key cannot discover how to add DeepSeek/OpenRouter/Anthropic/OpenAI from the picker.

Compare 0.10.2

Installed codewhale 0.10.2 (3400ebb5c93b), fresh home: /provider opens the full list (DeepSeek … needs key, Fireworks AI … needs key, … OpenAI Codex (ChatGPT) needs sign-in), footer A configured. No Antigravity row.

Repro

  1. HOME=$(mktemp -d) CODEWHALE_HOME=$(mktemp -d) codewhale (main 715bb2ed02 release build), 160x48 tmux pane.
  2. /provider Enter → configured view as above.
  3. Press a (and A) → no change.

Notes from source: toggle_view is reached for KeyCode::Char(c) only when key.modifiers.is_empty() (crates/tui/src/tui/provider_picker.rs ~4899), so Shift+A never toggles on terminals that report SHIFT; lowercase a also did nothing in the live TUI, so something earlier in the key path (possibly the new OrcaRouter · Recommended · fn+F7 row from 579c8d9) is consuming it — not confirmed.

Evidence: CW/artifacts/qa-20261027/j07-provider-*.txt, j07-installed-provider-a.txt.

Fixed on main in c21e0b1 (the /provider list now opens on every provider, with no Antigravity row); ships in 0.10.3.
