- Synchronized links for HiGHS, Ipopt, SoPlex, and SCIP with those used by the GAMS distribution.

initprimalandinitdualfor the AmplSolver link to control writing of initial values in AMPL .nl file.
The attached archives contain pre-build GAMS links for AmplSolver, Bonmin, Cbc, Couenne, HiGHS, Ipopt, SoPlex (new), and SCIP (new) and the corresponding solver libraries. Only a GAMS base license is required to use these.
The current development-version (master branch) of Cbc, Bonmin, and Couenne were used. HiGHS is version 1.4.2. Ipopt is version 3.14.11. SCIP is version 8.0.3. SoPlex is version 6.0.3.
The .md files contain lists of available solver options.
The links should work with a GAMS 42 system and maybe also some previous GAMS distributions.
