SponsorBlock-Flowchart v1.7.8

This is a fairly big update and quite a few things have changed,

• Added Filler/Tangent category.
• Fixed edge case where potentially valuable content could be labelled as interaction reminder. (Required reorienting nearly the entire chart.)
• Updated Interaction Reminder, Self promo, Intro, Endcards and Non-Music bubbles.
• Updated content bubble. (Second sentence conflicted with filler.)
• Removed all arrow overlaps.
• Added an additional end-node for Endcards and "Do not submit anything!"
• Move preview to the bottom and cut out 2 nodes from it's logic.
• Music videos with static frames will no longer be labelled as intro.
• Clean up pathway leading to Endcards and Intro.
• Have "Are they promoting something?" lead to either Sponsor or Self promo.
• Endcards can no longer contain disclaimers that protect the viewer. (Previously only checked this for the start of the video.)
