What this PR do:

• place code directly after shader view and comments in the end on mobile phone
• monaco editor for mobile usage
• place timer in two lines
• place HD button and fullscreen button in two lines
• place play/reload/rec vertically aligned
• rework explainer
• fix for selection menu in iOS [Bug] [0.35~0.52] The context menu in Apple device displays abnormally (no background)  microsoft/monaco-editor#3602
• fix EOL position in iOS/Mac Safari Mac/iOS end of line caret position suren-atoyan/monaco-react#733
