Applying 1-to-1 unwrap math on transfer events for Aave—such as supply, withdrawal, borrow, or repay movements—can result in discrepancies in the actual amount deposited due to Aave protocol "magic". However, this approach seems to work fine for actual transfer events. We need expert advice from somone at Aave to address this issue.
