Notes:

• Merges Derek McBurney (@dmcb)'s Pull Request that adds controls to alter table dimensions.
• Uses the modern contentful extension CLI. The previous one is already deprecated.
• Allows input of the Environment ID via the CONTENTFUL_ENVIRONMENT environment variable.
