Add VeroQ Shield — LLM output verification and hallucination detection

Adds VeroQ Shield to the Tools section.

VeroQ Shield extracts claims from LLM output, fact-checks each against evidence sources, and returns per-claim trust scores. Useful as a defense layer against hallucinations and fabricated citations.
