docs: replace Map of Zones report - #1610

The PDF added in #1608 had been through a UTF-8 round-trip before it was committed: every non-UTF-8 byte had become U+FFFD, which broke the xref table and left all seven pages blank. This commits the intact export. It is also exempted from the repo-wide LFS rule for PDFs. GitHub shows the LFS banner and a download button for LFS-backed files and never an inline preview, and this report is meant to be read in the blob view.
