Release 0.0.4

Early release of code believed to be fully working and with no known issues. Library is compatible with supplied "examples/clox_gfx_demo/clox_gfx_demo.ino" script (~670 lines). Copy the "clox_gfx_demo" directory to your Arduino Projects directory and modify files "arduino_secrets.h" and "clox_gfx_config.h" as required.
