Description of your changes
This pull request updates the Crossplane provider-aws project to use the latest version of the AWS SDK for Go v2, specifically
v1.23.0or later. This change is necessary to leverage the new EKS pod identity feature introduced in the AWS Go SDK V2. By upgrading to the latest AWS SDK for Go v2, the Crossplane provider-aws project can take advantage of the new EKS pod identity feature.EKS Pod identity launch link
