Replace SHAKE-128s hash backend with SHA-256 (SHA2-128s) at link time. Rename public API symbols, add golden-vector regression tests, and document the breaking change and bindings repo location.
- Fetch libsecp256k1 v0.5.0 with Schnorr and extrakeys modules - Implement secp256k1_schnorr keygen/sign/verify - Per-algorithm keygen entropy (32 B secp, 128 B PQC) - Register secp256k1_schnorr_e2e and ml_dsa_44_e2e CTest targets
wasm tests + more testing improvements
