Rework of AFMETER and associated report.
AFMETERs now track both positive and negative flows for each category.
REPORT / EXPORT with type AFMETER have additional columns, for example "InfX+" and "InfX-" for positive and negative flows for each category.
Interzone flows are not tracked if they occur between zones on the same AFMETER.
