Add an option -tla to output a TLA+ specification equivalent to the Cubicle input.
Touched files: main.ml (one line) and options.{ml,mli} (new variable tla) + a new module tla.{ml,mli}.
Goals: quickly check that the Cubicle code is actually doing something / use the TLA+ toolbox environment to debug the model with the forward enumerative model-checker TLC.
All examples from Cubicle distribution are translated except for the one which explicitly uses #num to identify processes.
