added support for dryrun - no tests yet

🤔 What's changed?

Added option Dryrun that skips the execution of the step as the very last minute so as muc as possible of the
step matching and arg passing is done. Provides a quick means to find undefined steps or ambiguous steps
or mismatched args.

New feature - also mentioned in other's issues from a few years back.
