Updates gitignore file to include vim swp files and remove swp file

Simple gitignore change to prevent accidental commits with swp files

I am aware I didn't exactly follow the PR template, but since this is not any changes to the code base this might be an exception to protocol. Also I tried reading the contribution guide which is linked from the readme and it is not available. If you would prefer I follow some of your process such as create the issue first or other, please let me know. I'm happy to respect that.
