Thanks for your wonderful work! Here is an error when I wanted to train with MNIST and I followed your instructions in the file /Intro to Neural Nets.ipynb

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".

Available platform plugins are: minimal, offscreen, xcb.

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

This looks like an environment/setup error. If you open a new ipython session in this environment, are you able to import scipy? Or does it give the same error.
