This is the meme-mast pipeline runner for identifying conserved motifs and cassettes. (some more updates coming soon).

This repository uses conda to mange its environment as specified in environment.yml. Install the environment with

conda env create --file=environment.yml

Then use conda activate spider-motif and conda deactivate to activate or deactive the environment.
