docs(cli): replace residual kai/k branding with lifeos

Problem

Residual pre-rename k/kai branding leaks into user-facing CLI text and the master doc, while the tool is branded lifeos everywhere else:

• lifeos.ts usage + error text say 'k help'.
• LifeosSystemArchitecture.md calls MemoryStatus.ts the kai status CLI.

Fix

Replace k help with lifeos help in lifeos.ts (usage line + unknown-command error), and kai status with lifeos status in the master doc.

Thanks @elhoim — the kai->lifeos branding is ported into source and credited by number, with #1745 covering the rest. Closing here since the public repo is generated from that source; ships next release.
