It Copies salesforce Case to Trello card. If there are no case comments, it takes case description for trello card description.
Card Title Format: Case {Number}: {Subject}
Card Description: {Recent Case Comment} or {Case Description} in case there are no comments (new case)
P.S: Sorry I don't know how to squash all of my commits to single commit.
