parse_preload.py - download and parse the OOI preload spreadsheets and generate an sqlite database stream_generator.py - create an arbitrary stream and publish it to a JMS queue streams_to_xml.py - generate an xml file representing all streams present in preload validate_data.py - copy data files into a specific ingest folder and verify the output
