Minor klipper update change

Simple change to reflect current klipper
relative_reference_index is now depreciated in favor of zero_reference_position

Automated calibrate sequence (calibrate macro now calibrates endstops-runs delta calibrate after then bed mesh) Probe must be on first.

No known bug reports after several weeks (Nothing new here for those already on this version using the github download button)

Note depending on old moonraker or "current " the folder directories have changed. Updating moonraker on the fluidd/mainsail images will most likely require changing the virtual sdcard location to the new printer_data/gcode directory it may also just link the original folders.
If on latest Klipper or updated from mainsail/fluidd then the updated start gcode will be required for the New Arc command changes.

For new comers be aware printer.cfg is setup to a degree like a tutorial island it will run a few errors and, force the user to enable a few things to learn where things are and also ensure a things are setup. (mainsail/fluidd will tell you where to look / what to enable) This is a need to know. enabling the user basic troubleshooting in the event of minor klipper updates. Eg a feature or setting name changed and needs to be updated to the new term. Most of the time mainsail /fluidd errors display what to fix in the config typically with a depreciated message.

Note: unlike marlin setups # is used to disable features. to enable them remove the # eg #This line is off or can be used used as notes beside settings.
This may change in the future once a large enough support is established in forums but, also the user should know the basics following the website regarding general Klipper installs / config usage.

Currently it is recommended to update everything other then moonraker until other projects sync to the new changes.
Reminder everything follows the Klipper website. Full docs can be found there and, commits should always be read before updating anything. do not update if things are working fine. Most updates are for other printers. Generally the best time to update is if its a ground breaking change. Eg a new feature like pressure advance or input shaper etc.

Increased default acceleration and, new emulator macros with included slicer profiles.

beta v2 should however be stable.

decluttered and divided config into 2 files. set bedmesh as the default 2ndary default procedure /macro. other then declutter nothing has fundamentally changed from beta v1. however moving over will require a bit more effort. it should be fine to copy current save section and # out anything its overriding already. eg delta raidus should be # out. pid should be fine already. the rod angles should also be # out. / anything else the save config section has overriden should be # out / turned off. otherwise it will revert to default uncalibrated values. (like a fresh config).
