- uses PostCSS instead of Sass
- uses Biome instead of eslint+prettier (not sure about MD though)
- updates dependencies to latest, in some cases canary versions (nextjs, react, react-dom)
- remove eslint, prettier
- update lefthook to run biome
- use TS on some hooks and components
