…o logout if you are logged in. also added some code to set the filename for octet-stream downloads

Updating pull request with a few more items. Moved to parands version of settings.py, moved permission denied to a template that allows you to logout (was getting stuck in simulator where I couldn't login as a new user.) Updated the octet-stream dl code to set a disposition so a filename could be provided for the dl (was getting garbage file names on google chrome.) |

Updating pull request again, made things like show and delete secure (they were not previously.) Also added a bulk delete capability. |

allow admin as well as listed users to list, .log and .txt downloaded via text/plain but other files via octetstream
I'd like to figure out how to get the octet stream dl to have a reasonable name, is currently gobldygook. I think there is a hack with ?filename={my-file-name} but will have to test that out and send you a new pull request.
