Various new tags have been added to the definition for tomography. All back compatible except the renaming of the provenance tag to "process"

The Data Exchange File Format

The release is implemented in production mode at the Advanced Photon Source beamlines 2-BM micro tomography and 32-ID micro and nano tomography using the Area Detector hdf5 plugin and had been adopted at the Swiss Light Source beamline TOMCAT and at the Elettra SYRMEP beamline.
