Wrap all error messages in databricks app with custom messages

e.g if uc catalog does not allow app service principle added it shows error stack. Instead show custom error message and in details provide exception details

Hi Ravi, I’d like to take a look at #369 if it’s still available. I reviewed the current App error handling and can see several routes returning raw exception details in addition to the global handler. I can work on making the user-facing errors consistent while preserving exception details for diagnostics/logging. If that scope looks right, could you assign it to me / create the issue branch?
