Sometimes emails fail, or the application is so far in the past and we need a way to approve a user if they sufficiently proved themselves in other channels. For this purpose, threativore should support a command where it would allow the admins to approve a pending user based on a username or email. When such an approval is sent, threativore should reach in the DB and the set the user's email and application to True.
