Currently, component references are expected to be defined first, and non-nested, e.g.:

place Foo
	include Other
	My Affordance

component Other
	Another Affordance

However, support should be added to allow them to be in any position other than first and allow nesting, e.g.:

place Foo
	My Affordance
	> include Other

component Other
	Another Affordance
