Description
Currently when moving items between packs GR105 fails due to Duplication id.
The reason is updating the graph just for the new pack but not for the old one.
This creates a duplication since we don't delete the old item from its old path.
Note - should handle private repositories too! need to check it.
Another thing is to handle deleted file too as the same as for renamed files.
